I am typing this letter to inform you of the outstanding service that my wife and I received from Terri Hunter. Terri is not your "average" agent. If she exeplifies all of the agents who work for you, then you indeed have a unique and outstanding agency. To say Terri has gone "above and beyond the call of duty" would be putting it mildly. From the very get go, Terri has shown the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge, and that in itself would be great. But she has shown and done much more. She is "down to earth", relating to us on a personal level, and that is uncommon these days, in any industry. She has comunicated with us consistently and thoroughly throughout the entire process of selling our home, and have not once missed contacting us when she said she would, and being there when we need her. She has "been on our side" throughout, and has stood by us, and our decisions, at all times. Terri not only "showed" our home, but did all of the "little" things that matter, like letting us help design the flyers, and having great open houses (even having a barbeque once). and having bottled water with our house info printed on them, just to name a few. And last, but not least, Terri has become our friend. She talks to us, and vice-versa, like friends, and with that friendship has come trust, and when you have that, you have a great working relationship. We have expressed to all our friends and family, and anyone else who would listen, how happy we have been with Terri, and felt we should let you know as well. She has been great, and it has been our pleasure working with her, and we sould recommend her to anyone, in a second.
